Africa-Press – Namibia. Wanderers Sports Club, also known as the White Stallions, achieved a rare sports clean sweep over their archrivals, Trustco United.
In one of the oldest and most popular sports rivalries between these two Windhoek-based clubs, both boasting centurion status, they competed in men’s and women’s rugby, golf, squash, table tennis, hockey, and Knöbel.
The rugby results are as follows: Wanderers 1 (33) vs Trustco United (30), Wanderers 11 (32) vs Trustco United (25), Wanderers women (22) vs Trustco United (12), and Old Boys Wanderers (21) vs Trustco United (17). Pictures taken by Helge Schultz, an acclaimed Namibian sports photographer.
