Africa-Press – Namibia. SENIOR traditional councillor for the Ombulu district in the Ondonga Traditional Authority, Kashona Ka Malulu, has died.
Ondonga Traditional Authority liaison officer Ileni Nandjato confirmed his death, however, could not share further details. He referred The Namibian to the Ondonga Traditional Authority secretary Frans Enkali, who was unable to comment on the matter as was on his way to the Ondonga palace.
Sources say Ka Malulu passed away on Tuesday afternoon at the Ongwediva Medipark Hospital. His death comes two weeks after the death of fellow senior traditional councillor Vilho Kamanja, who was the chairperson of the Ondonga Traditional Council. Kamanja was laid to rest on Saturday at Onyaanya Cemetery.
