Africa-Press – Namibia. PRESIDENT Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah has called on members of the Namibian Defence Force (NDF) to continually develop their skills and knowledge in order to stay ahead of emerging challenges that could threaten national security.
“Today, we live in an era where the nature of our responsibilities, including warfare, has evolved beyond recognition. The office functions and the battlefield are no longer defined only by the office environment and terrain; they also include cyberspace, artificial intelligence, satellite systems, and information networks. Conflicts are waged not only with ordinary weapons but also with high-technology data and weaponry,” she said.
