Africa-Press – Namibia. The Namibia Civil Aviation Authority (NCCA) has officially welcomed seven interns to its year-long internship programme.
Placed across key divisions such as legal and compliance, human capital and stakeholder relations, the graduates will gain hands-on experience in aviation operations.
NCAA spokesperson Nelson Ashipala says the programme is designed to build interns’ skills, ignite a passion for aviation, and strengthen public service delivery.
“Through mentorship and exposure to real-world environments, the NCAA aims to empower these young professionals and prepare them for impactful careers in the industry,” he says.
