Motivating Rӧssing Uranium’s reason for the donation, Johan Coetzee, the Managing Director (MD), said: “we have seen the aerial footages of what damages the floods has caused to the communities and the livelihood of the people, children not going to school and in keeping with our mantra ‘Working for Namibia’, we couldn’t stand and watch this happen to fellow Namibians.”
Receiving the donation, Prime Minister, Saara Kuugongelwa Amadhila, expressed sincere gratitude on behalf of the government for the support shown by Rӧssing Uranium in this time of need.
