Africa-Press<\/a> – Namibia<\/a>. <\/strong><\/span>PEOPLE going about their daily routines discovered the decomposed body of the 29-year-old Silvanus Tangi Kashungu under a tree where he hung himself a few days ago.<\/p>\n

According to the incident report provided by the Namibian Police in the Oshikoto Region, the gruesome discovery was made at the Okaluwa Village in the vicinity of Omuntele on Saturday.<\/p>\n

The report states that Kashungu was last seen alive on Wednesday but that no missing person report was filed with the Namibian Police. The discomposed body was found lying on the ground under a tree. There was a rope around the neck of the deceased person.<\/p>\n

It is believed that Kashungu committed suicide by hanging himself and that the rope broke sometime after he died. The Namibian Police does not suspect any foul play although Kashungu did not leave a suicide note. An autopsy will also be performed to confirm the conclusions made by investigating officers.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
