Town spokesperson Jackson Muma said they want to shift to electronic methods, doing away with the traditional method of printing municipal bills and dispatching it per mail.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAll registered accountholders should expect to receive electronic bills via their devices by 1 July,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>According to Muma, a team of council staff members will collect consumer data, personal details of property owners who have accounts with the town council, for updates on the system.<\/p>\n<p>He said members will be identifiable with distinct security features.
