Diogo said the two countries \u201care one and need to learn from each other on how best to ensure effective local governance\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Mumba said the visit is one of friends, comrades and neighbours and the two governments\u2019 relationship is not limited to the presidents, therefore the meeting between the vice presidents and other authorities.<\/p>\n<p>Oshana governor Elia Irimari said it is because of good diplomatic ties between the two governments that they can engage in collaborative efforts such as these. He said they will continue strengthening the relationship between the two countries and their people.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe importance of diplomatic cooperation in advancing development cannot be overstated. I believe that international cooperation and high-level interactions between States are crucial for enhancing bilateral and multilateral progress,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n\r\n                <style
