{"id":24195,"date":"2022-07-06T13:21:56","date_gmt":"2022-07-06T13:21:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.africa-press.net\/namibia\/all-news\/nbl-gets-another-great-place-to-work-status"},"modified":"2022-07-06T13:32:22","modified_gmt":"2022-07-06T13:32:22","slug":"nbl-gets-another-great-place-to-work-status","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.africa-press.net\/namibia\/all-news\/nbl-gets-another-great-place-to-work-status","title":{"rendered":"NBL gets another Great Place to Work status"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600\"><strong>Africa-Press &#8211; Namibia. <\/strong><\/span>Namibia Breweries Limited (NBL) has once again been recognised as being a Great Place to Work (GPTW), having been certified as such for the third consecutive year.<\/p>\n<p>This certification was bestowed by the international GPTW survey, which is conducted annually and evaluates companies around the world based on workplace culture, employee satisfaction and trust across industries.<\/p>\n<p>NBL, as part of the O&amp;L Group, has been participating in the GPTW employee survey, made up of the Trust Index Employee Survey and Workplace Culture Audit, since 2016.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOne of the O&amp;L Group\u2019s Vision 2025 metrics is to be among the Global Top 25 GPTW-certified organisations. Every year\u2019s GPTW results are used to measure the progress and improvement in the Trust Index to the prior year, while at the same time identifying areas for improvement over the next 12-month period,\u201d reads a statement from NBL.<\/p>\n<p>Commenting on this achievement, NBL managing director (MD) Marco Wenk said: \u201cCulture is not a static concept, but rather ever-evolving. NBL\u2019s GPTW results give us an indication of the trust our people have in the business and its leadership, based on the organisation\u2019s culture, as well as the areas that require improvement.<\/p>\n<p>We continuously put our people at the heart of everything we do, and in turn their employment experience has been reflected in our GPTW certification.
