He revealed that FFI has shown interest in working with Namibia last year already. This interest, he added, came after Namibia attended the 2022 World Economic Forum (WEF) in Davos, Switzerland, following an invitation from Klaus Schwab, the Founder and Executive Chairman of WEF, for Namibia to showcase its Green Hydrogen potential and strategy.<\/p>\n<p>However, because the government was still reviewing Hyphen Hydrogen Energy\u2019s Green Hydrogen proposal at that time, FFI\u2019s proposal was halted until the conclusion of the Namibian government\u2019s agreement with Hyphen Hydrogen Energy. Mnyupe explained that the government is now reviewing FFI\u2019s proposal, and the nation will be informed about their decision in due time, possibly even this month.<\/p>\n<p>During the courtesy call, FFI\u2019s CEO also praised President Geingob\u2019s Green Hydrogen team, emphasizing that Green Hydrogen plays a vital role in addressing global climate challenges. President Geingob, who has emphasized the benefits of Green Hydrogen on countless occasions, reiterated similar sentiments to Hutchinson, stressing the importance of Green Hydrogen in terms of
