Participants have access to 42 courses covering all aspects of self-managed leadership, leading others, and leading in business. A collection of short online courses, the Harvard ManageMentor helps participants develop the most in-demand skills for today\u2019s job market.<\/p>\n<p>Chapman said that the world is evolving at an incredible pace and that organisations should invest in the development of employees.
