This includes one mortar bomb, 74 rounds of live ammunition and 160 empty cartridges.<\/p>\n<p>Deputy Commissioner Kauna Shikwambi, head of Nampol\u2019s public relations division, said the discovery was made recently during construction work being done alongside the main road between Eenhana and Okongo, a stretch of about 12 km.<\/p>\n<p>Shikwambi said a team of Nampol\u2019s Explosives Division was deployed to the area at the end of October. The demining operation started on 1 November and will conclude on 18 November.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Namibian nation is reminded of the slogan \u2018Don\u2019t touch it, Report it\u2019 to ensure that lives are not lost,\u201d she said.
