The Ministry of Labour, Industrial Relations and Employment Creation gave this advice in a statement on Wednesday.The ministry said this was to avoid last-minute travelling that may lead to late coming to workplaces due to the curfew and other health protocols as a result of Covid-19.The ministry said arriving early at workplaces avoids unnecessary labour disputes and workplace conflicts.Employers are equally advised to arrange, prepare and implement the return to work strategy of their employees in a safe and healthy environment, the ministry stated.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
