Africa-Press – Namibia. <\/strong><\/span>Despite the tough economic climate, Nedbank Namibia disbursed home loans worth N$500 million in 2022, which points to the significant influence of the home loans sector on the bank\u2019s growth in the real estate industry.<\/p>\n

In recognition of this performance, Nedbank Namibia honoured its real estate agents and agency partners during an intimate award ceremony at Maerua Rooftop in Windhoek on Thursday, 14 September, for outstanding contribution and support in the home loans sector.<\/p>\n

Star Shihepo-Nghiyolwa was crowned Estate Agent of the Year 2022, followed by Claudia Lofty-Eaton in second place and Lourette Liebenberg in third place. Rightmove Properties won the Agency of the Year Award 2022, followed by Ramos Realtors in second place and Ino Properties & Real Estate in third place.<\/p>\n

Nedbank also acknowledged other top achievers in real estate, including Andrea Pereira, Caroline da Rocha, Chane Halbich, Denise Smit, Elna Esterhuizen, Eight Management (Jacko Kuhn) and Heinrich Schmidt.<\/p>\n
