Africa-Press – Namibia. <\/strong><\/span>Following their poor start in the Debmarine Namibia Premier Football League this season, the Otjiwarongo-based Life Fighters are confident of getting back to their winning ways.<\/p>\n The club, which finished third last season, is winless in their seven rounds of NPFL matches so far.<\/p>\n The team manager, Kala Kambanda, told New Era Sport that the supporters must have trust and believe that the glory days are coming back soon.<\/p>\n Kambanda said that they understand the frustration and anxiety of supporters and sympathisers and urged them to be behind the team. \u201cThis is the testing time. Our character is tested, we lost six games last season, and we finished on high, and that must be a motivation. We are working around the clock to change the situation,\u201d explained Kambanda.<\/p>\n According to the manager, the team, also known as Kahirona, is playing good football and dominating opponents in various aspects.<\/p>\n \u201cThe three foreign players issue with work permits was sorted, and they started playing in the last matches,\u201d emphasised Kambanda.<\/p>\n The club head coach Angus Elemu said this is one of those moments where one has to pass through this phase.<\/p>\n \u201cWe are playing good football, these things happen, we have to keep trying. We dominated many games despite the loss,\u201d Elemu said.<\/p>\n The coach from Zambia said that he will keep encouraging the players, they are trying their best, and the supporters must have positive hopes for the team.<\/p>\n The coach also said that the players are overwhelmed by last season\u2019s log standing position.<\/p>\n \u201cWe have to work harder as the other teams are picking up.
