Interview.<\/p>\n<p>S\u2019il n\u2019a r\u00e9uni que 0,43 % des suffrages au premier tour de la pr\u00e9sidentielle, le 27 d\u00e9cembre 2020, Abdourahamane Oumarou, alias \u00ab Abder \u00bb, le fondateur de l\u2019Union des patriotes panafricains (UNPP-Incin Afrique), compte bien monter en puissance sur la sc\u00e8ne politique nig\u00e9rienne. En attendant, le patron du jeune parti d\u2019extr\u00eame gauche soigne son look et, d\u00e8s qu\u2019il le peut, agr\u00e9mente ses tenues d\u2019une petite \u00e9toile rouge r\u00e9volutionnaire. Fils d\u2019un ambassadeur nig\u00e9rien, n\u00e9 \u00e0 Khartoum, dipl\u00f4m\u00e9 de l\u2019Institut sup\u00e9rieur de management et des affaires de Rabat (Isma Maroc), l\u2019ancien d\u00e9put\u00e9 est le PDG du groupe de presse Liptako, qui compte une t\u00e9l\u00e9vision (LTV) et une radio (Liptako FM) 100 % sport et musique.
