Africa-Press<\/a> – Niger<\/a>. <\/strong><\/span>Le premier match des Etalons du Burkina Faso dans le cadre des \u00e9liminatoires de la Coupe du monde Qatar 2022 se joue contre le Niger le 2 septembre 2021 au Grand Stade de Marrakech. Cette rencontre est capitale pour le s\u00e9lectionneur Kamou Malo avant d\u2019affronter l\u2019Alg\u00e9rie quelques jours plus tard.<\/b><\/p>\n

Les Etalons ont pour objectif de se qualifier pour la Coupe du Monde 2022. Mais le s\u00e9lectionneur des Etalons, Kamou Malo, est priv\u00e9 de deux \u00e9l\u00e9ments cl\u00e9s que sont Edmond Tapsoba et Bertrand Traor\u00e9, tous deux bless\u00e9s. Il est s\u00fbr qu\u2019avec l\u2019absence de ces deux joueurs, le s\u00e9lectionneur doit revoir ses plans pour s\u2019imposer contre le Niger le 2 septembre 2021 lors de la premi\u00e8re journ\u00e9e des \u00e9liminatoires.<\/p>\n

\u00ab C\u2019est Bertrand Traor\u00e9 et Edmond Tapsoba, ce sont eux qui apportent de la plus-value \u00e0 notre \u00e9quipe. Mais sans eux, on va faire avec. Cela ne veut pas dire que ceux que nous avons convoqu\u00e9s manquent d\u2019arguments parce que je suis conscient et confiant \u00e9galement que ces jeunes vont vendre ch\u00e8rement leur peau \u00bb, s\u2019est montr\u00e9 confiant Kamou Malo. Pour lui, il s\u2019agit d\u2019une bonne occasion pour les rempla\u00e7ants de saisir leur chance.<\/p>\n

\u00ab C\u2019est l\u2019occasion ou jamais pour ces jeunes (rempla\u00e7ants) de montrer aux yeux de l\u2019opinion qu\u2019ils sont capables, qu\u2019on leur fait ombrage pour rien, qu\u2019ils m\u00e9ritent d\u2019\u00eatre la lumi\u00e8re. Ce n\u2019est pas au coach. Moi je leur donne cette chance en les convoquant \u00bb, insiste Kamou Malo.<\/p>\n

Le Burkina Faso est log\u00e9 dans le groupe A en compagnie du Niger, de l\u2019Alg\u00e9rie et de Djibouti. Il n\u2019y a qu\u2019une place qualificative pour la Coupe du Monde. L\u2019Alg\u00e9rie apparait comme le principal adversaire des Etalons.<\/p>\n

Mais, Kamou Malo se montre m\u00e9fiant : \u00ab Le match le plus important pour nous, c\u2019est celui contre le Niger. C\u2019est ce match qui pose les jalons de notre futur. Que le Niger ne soit pas favori de cette poule \u2026 Oui. Mais, tout comme nous, cela ne voudrait pas dire vendre facilement notre peau \u00bb, soutient avec conviction Kamou Malo. Pour lui, il ne faut n\u00e9gliger aucune \u00e9quipe dans ce groupe.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Quand on va \u00e0 une comp\u00e9tition, on respecte les parties en pr\u00e9sence. Si vous ne respectez pas notre adversaire, je ne vois pas comment vous pourrez le vaincre. (\u2026) Je suis conscient de la force de mon \u00e9quipe et conscient \u00e9galement qu\u2019en face, il y a des \u00e9quipes qui sont venues vendre ch\u00e8rement leur peau \u00bb, insiste-t-il.<\/p>\n

Apr\u00e8s ce match contre le Niger, les Etalons affronte l\u2019Alg\u00e9rie le mardi 7 septembre 2021 au Grand Stade de Marrakech pour son match \u00e0 domicile.
