Africa-Press<\/a> – Niger<\/a>. <\/strong><\/span>, 9 Septembre (ANP) – Le Pr\u00e9sident Mohamed Bazoum a rencontr\u00e9, ce mercredi 8 septembre, les repr\u00e9sentants des organisations paysannes regroup\u00e9es au sein de la \u2018\u2019Plateforme paysanne du Niger\u2019\u2019.<\/p>\n

Plusieurs points \u00e9taient inscrits \u00e0 l\u2019ordre du jour de cette rencontre.<\/p>\n

Le premier point, a indiqu\u00e9 M. Djibo Bagna, le pr\u00e9sident du conseil d\u2019administration de la plateforme, est l\u2019organisation de la semaine du paysan qui va se tenir du 23 au 26 septembre prochain sous le parrainage du Chef de l\u2019Etat.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Le Pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique a marqu\u00e9 son int\u00e9r\u00eat et son accord pour pr\u00e9sider cette semaine du paysan \u00bb, a-t-il d\u00e9clar\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Le second point est relatif \u00e0 la disponibilit\u00e9 et l\u2019accessibilit\u00e9 des engrais au Niger. \u00ab Nous avons demand\u00e9 la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un fonds commun pour ces engrains \u00bb pour qu\u2019ils soient accessibles aux producteurs et \u00e0 temps, a rapport\u00e9 le chef de la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation des paysans.<\/p>\n

Selon lui, le 3\u00e8me point \u00e9tait un plaidoyer en faveur de la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019une assurance agricole. \u00ab Compte tenu des d\u00e9fis li\u00e9s aux changements climatiques, il est n\u00e9cessaire aujourd\u2019hui que le Niger se dote d\u2019une assurance agricole pour s\u00e9curiser les producteurs des inondations et d\u2019autres fl\u00e9aux \u00bb, a-t-il expliqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Sur le plan du financement du secteur agricole, M. Bagna a indiqu\u00e9 que \u00ab nous avons \u00e9voqu\u00e9 la question de la BAGRI [banque agricole du Niger, ndlr] \u00bb au sujet de laquelle les repr\u00e9sentants des paysans ont demand\u00e9 aupr\u00e8s du Chef d\u2019Etat que les actions majoritaires soient d\u00e9tenues par eux.<\/p>\n

Sur l\u2019ensemble de tous ces points, M. Bagna a indiqu\u00e9 que le Pr\u00e9sident Mohamed Bazoum leur a promis son soutien.<\/p>\n
