Plus de 16 millions de nig\u00e9riens d\u00e9pendent des r\u00e9coltent c\u00e9r\u00e9ali\u00e8res. Si rien n&rsquo;est fait, la moiti\u00e9 d&rsquo;entre eux pourraient manquer de nourriture. Le gouvernement promet de d\u00e9bloquer des fonds pour \u00e9viter le pire.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>C&rsquo;\u00e9tait un grand athl\u00e8te, sauteur en longueur s\u00e9n\u00e9galais dans les ann\u00e9es 50 avant d&rsquo;\u00eatre \u00e0 la t\u00eate de l&rsquo;athl\u00e9tisme mondiale. Mais de Lamine Diack qui est mort cette nuit, on retient surtout sa condamnation dans l\u2019affaire de corruption avec les athl\u00e8tes russes. Son d\u00e9c\u00e8s met fin aux poursuites p\u00e9nales qui le visent personnellement en France mais un proc\u00e8s en appel, visant notamment son fils, reste pr\u00e9vu.<\/p>\n<p>Les r\u00e9gions anglophones du Cameroun sont min\u00e9es par des conflits sans fin. Depuis 2016, on d\u00e9nombre 4000 morts et plus de 700 000 d\u00e9plac\u00e9s. Cette crise a favoris\u00e9 une escalade des crimes sexuels dans le pays. Au cours des 5 derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, l&rsquo;ONU a document\u00e9 plus de 2500 viols et agressions sexuels commis par les forces de d\u00e9fense, de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et les milices s\u00e9paratistes.<\/p>\n<p>Nous sommes all\u00e9s en Afrique du Sud \u00e0 la rencontre de Noluthando Makalima, une jeune surfeuse pas comme les autres, atteinte de paralysie motrice c\u00e9r\u00e9brale. Une infirmit\u00e9 cong\u00e9nitale qui touche 2 enfants sur 1000 dans le monde. Rien ne la pr\u00e9destinait \u00e0 la pratique de ce sport. Elle est pourtant arriv\u00e9e 2\u00e8me aux championnats du monde de parasurf l&rsquo;an dernier et s&rsquo;entraine dur pour participer aux prochains Jeux paralympiques.<\/p>\n<p>Encourager la cr\u00e9ation, la production et la diffusion d&rsquo;\u0153uvres th\u00e9\u00e2trales de qualit\u00e9 au Mali afin de redonner au th\u00e9\u00e2tre la place essentielle qu&rsquo;il occupait dans le pays.
