La c\u00e9r\u00e9monie de r\u00e9ception de ces tricycles plac\u00e9e sous la pr\u00e9sidence du gouverneur de la r\u00e9gion M. Laouali Amadou Madougou s\u2019est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e le lundi 20 d\u00e9cembre dernier en pr\u00e9sence des repr\u00e9sentants r\u00e9sidents de l\u2019UNICEF et du PNUD au Niger, des cadres techniques r\u00e9gionaux et des b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires.<\/p>\n<p>Dans son intervention, le gouverneur de Zinder a tenu \u00e0 exprimer sa reconnaissance \u00e0 l\u2019endroit du PNUD, de l\u2019Union Europ\u00e9enne et des Agences des Nations Unies dont l\u2019UNFPA, ONUFEMMES et l\u2019UNICEF pour avoir financ\u00e9 ce mat\u00e9riel roulant au profit des personnes handicap\u00e9es du Niger.<\/p>\n<p>Ce geste louable, a-t-il dit, s\u2019inscrit dans la droite ligne de la politique du gouvernement dans son \u00e9lan pour am\u00e9liorer les conditions de vie des personnes vuln\u00e9rables des villes et des villages du Niger. Le gouverneur Laouali Amadou Madougou a rendu un vibrant hommage au projet Spotlight qui s\u2019emploie au secours des personnes d\u00e9munies de la r\u00e9gion de Zinder avant de lancer un appel aux autres bonnes volont\u00e9s \u00e0 emboiter les pas au PNUD et aux autres Agences du syst\u00e8me des Nations Unies pour apporter un appui cons\u00e9quent \u00e0 ce groupe cible de la population en proie aux difficult\u00e9s quotidiennes de la vie.<\/p>\n<p>D\u2019apr\u00e8s le Repr\u00e9sentant de la Ministre de la Promotion de la Femme et de la Protection de l\u2019Enfant le \u2018\u2019Programme Spotlight est une \u2018\u2019initiative mondiale de l\u2019Union Europ\u00e9enne et des Nations Unies qui se sont engag\u00e9es pour \u00e9liminer toutes les formes de violence \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard des femmes et des filles.\u2019\u2019 \u00abApporter de l\u2019aide aux personnes dans le besoin constitue, a-t-il dit, le cr\u00e9do de ce programme \u00e0 caract\u00e8re purement social et contribue \u00e0 asseoir l\u2019autonomisation des personnes handicap\u00e9es et la promotion de leurs droits\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Les autorit\u00e9s du Minist\u00e8re en charge de la Promotion de la Femme et de la Protection de l\u2019Enfant ne m\u00e9nageront aucun effort dans l\u2019accompagnement des r\u00e9gions b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires de ces mat\u00e9riels roulants au nombre de 50 \u00e0 savoir Tillabery, Tahoua, Maradi et Zinder a-t-il fait remarquer.<\/p>\n<p><b>Sido Yacouba ANP-ONEP\/Zinder<\/b><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pour plus d&rsquo;informations et d&rsquo;analyses sur la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.africa-press.net\/niger\">Niger<\/a>, suivez <a href=\"https:\/\/www.africa-press.net\/\">Africa-Press<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Africa-Press &#8211; Niger.
