{"id":2485,"date":"2021-01-27T20:03:25","date_gmt":"2021-01-27T20:03:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.africa-press.net\/niger\/?p=2485"},"modified":"2021-01-27T18:06:13","modified_gmt":"2021-01-27T18:06:13","slug":"le-president-issoufou-mahamadou-lance-les-travaux-de-construction-du-4eme-echangeur-de-niamey","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.africa-press.net\/niger\/economie\/le-president-issoufou-mahamadou-lance-les-travaux-de-construction-du-4eme-echangeur-de-niamey","title":{"rendered":"Le Pr\u00e9sident Issoufou Mahamadou lance les travaux de construction du 4\u00e8me Echangeur de Niamey"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.africa-press.net\/\">Africa-Press<\/a> &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.africa-press.net\/niger\">Niger<\/a>. <\/strong><\/span>\u00a0Le Pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique Issoufou Mahamadou a proc\u00e9d\u00e9, ce mercredi 27 janvier 2021, au lancement officiel des travaux de construction du 4\u00e8me Echangeur de Niamey, sis au niveau du Rond-Point des Arm\u00e9es \u00e0 Niamey, sur la route de l\u2019A\u00e9roport.<\/p>\n<p>Financ\u00e9s sur fonds propres de l\u2019Etat du Niger pour un montant de 30,8 milliards de FCFA, les travaux de construction de cet \u00e9changeur \u00e0 trois niveaux, qui portera le nom du d\u00e9funt Pr\u00e9sident Ali Saibou, seront ex\u00e9cut\u00e9s par l\u2019entreprise SOGEA SATOM dans un d\u00e9lai de 26 mois.<\/p>\n<p>Sa r\u00e9alisation s\u2019inscrit dans le cadre du Programme de modernisation de la Ville de Niamey ou \u00ab\u00a0Niamey Nyala\u00a0\u00bb, qui a pr\u00e9vu quatre \u00e9changeurs pour la Ville de Niamey dont trois ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s pendant les deux mandats du Pr\u00e9sident Issoufou Mahamadou.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s avoir lanc\u00e9 le d\u00e9marrage des travaux, le Pr\u00e9sident Issoufou Mahamadou a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 \u00e0 la presse que \u00ab la modernisation de la Ville de Niamey se poursuit. Cette modernisation n\u2019a pas de fin comme la construction du pays dans son ensemble \u00bb, avant de souligner qu\u2019il s\u2019agit l\u00e0 \u00ab d\u2019une autre promesse tenue \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Cet \u00e9changeur portera le nom de Ali Saibou. Les nig\u00e9riens connaissent Ali Saibou, empathique, g\u00e9n\u00e9reux, magnanime, rassembleur. Le Pr\u00e9sident Ali Saibou \u00e9tait un grand Chef militaire, mais aussi un grand Chef d\u2019Etat. Il m\u00e9rite cet hommage \u00bb, a ensuite affirm\u00e9 le Pr\u00e9sident Issoufou Mahamadou, notant que \u00ab\u00a0de la m\u00eame fa\u00e7on, le G\u00e9n\u00e9ral Seyni Kountch\u00e9 m\u00e9rite notre hommage. Pour cela, dans quelques jours, nous allons proc\u00e9der \u00e0 l\u2019inauguration du 3\u00e8me Pont de Niamey qui portera son nom\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>En fin de mandat, le Chef de l\u2019Etat nig\u00e9rien a ensuite expliqu\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0rester au charbon jusqu\u2019au dernier jour, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la derni\u00e8re minute, jusqu\u2019au 2 avril 2021, je continuerai \u00e0 travailler pour le Niger, je continuerai \u00e0 servir le peuple nig\u00e9rien \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Avant mon d\u00e9part, il y aura d\u2019autres c\u00e9r\u00e9monies d\u2019inauguration, de lancement des travaux qui permettront de poursuivre la transformation, que j\u2019appelle de tout mon c\u0153ur, de notre pays.
