Africa-Press<\/a> – Niger<\/a>.\u00a0 <\/strong><\/span>La premi\u00e8re \u00e9dition de la semaine du paysan a \u00e9t\u00e9 officiellement lanc\u00e9e hier samedi 21 novembre 2020 \u00e0 Margou dans la commune de Birni N\u2019Gaour\u00e9, d\u00e9partement de Boboye.<\/p>\n

Cette grande rencontre du monde rural est organis\u00e9e par la plateforme paysanne et la plateforme agro \u00e9cologie Raya Karkara. Toutes les r\u00e9gions du Niger sont repr\u00e9sent\u00e9es \u00e0 cette semaine par des agriculteurs, des \u00e9leveurs, des p\u00e9cheurs.<\/p>\n

Plusieurs institutions de la recherche et certains pays de la sous-r\u00e9gion ont aussi effectu\u00e9 le d\u00e9placement de Margou pour accompagner et partager leurs exp\u00e9riences.<\/p>\n

Le programme des activit\u00e9s de cette semaine pr\u00e9voit des expositions vente des produits agro-sylvo-pastoraux.<\/p>\n

Les participants auront aussi \u00e0 discuter sur un certain nombre de th\u00e9matiques li\u00e9es notamment \u00e0 la politique tant national, r\u00e9gional (Afrique de l\u2019Ouest) et faire un lien avec le niveau international avec les ODD afin que les participants comprennent que les politiques agricoles sont li\u00e9es.<\/p>\n

Il s\u2019agit aussi de l\u2019agro-\u00e9cologie, les 3N, le changement climatique, ou encore le financement qui constitue une pr\u00e9occupation pour les producteurs.<\/p>\n

Le clou des manifestations sera incontestablement la grande rencontre avec les diff\u00e9rents candidats aux \u00e9lections pr\u00e9sidentielles pour conna\u00eetre ce qu\u2019ils comptent faire au secteur rural.<\/p>\n

La cl\u00f4ture des manifestations qui r\u00e9unira plus de 3.000 personnes sera l\u2019occasion aux producteurs de discuter avec les autorit\u00e9s sur leurs engagements et le r\u00f4le qu\u2019ils auront \u00e0 jouer.<\/p>\n

En proc\u00e9dant au lancement de cette semaine, le secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral adjoint du gouvernorat de Dosso M. Ambaly Bouweye a souhait\u00e9 la bienvenue \u00e0 tous ceux qui ont effectu\u00e9 le d\u00e9placement, preuve de leur disponibilit\u00e9 \u00e0 appuyer les actions de l\u2019Etat au profit du monde rural.<\/p>\n

M. Ambaly Bouweye a, par ailleurs, f\u00e9licit\u00e9 les membres de la plateforme paysanne du Niger et la plateforme \u00e9cologie Raya-Karkara qui ont accept\u00e9 d\u2019organiser cette premi\u00e8re \u00e9dition de la semaine du paysan.<\/p>\n

Le secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral adjoint du gouvernorat de Dosso s\u2019est dit confiant qu\u2019au sortir des travaux, des propositions et des conclusions pertinentes seront pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es par les participants.<\/p>\n

M. Ambaly Bouweye a transmis la reconnaissance des populations du Niger aux autorit\u00e9s de la 7\u00e8me R\u00e9publique pour les efforts multiples et multiformes qu\u2019elles ne cessent de d\u00e9ployer pour l\u2019am\u00e9lioration des conditions de vie des populations.<\/p>\n

Le pr\u00e9sident de la plateforme paysanne du Niger M. Djibo Bagna a, quant \u00e0 lui, indiqu\u00e9 que cette initiative montre l\u2019engagement de la plateforme \u00e0 faire de la maison du paysan un levier de d\u00e9veloppement pour concr\u00e9tiser l\u2019engagement de l\u2019institution de faire de ces maisons du paysan des lieux du donner et du recevoir.<\/p>\n

Parlant de la maison du paysan de Margou construite il y a de cela trois ans pour un co\u00fbt de plus de 300 millions de francs CFA, le pr\u00e9sident de la plateforme paysanne du Niger a notifi\u00e9 que \u2018\u2019cette semaine sera l\u2019occasion de viabiliser ce centre en faisant venir les producteurs avec leurs produits afin que d\u2019ici un an, cette maison du paysan de Margou soit un v\u00e9ritable centre surtout que Margou est un carrefour pour le dallol\u2019\u2019.<\/p>\n

Notons qu\u2019auparavant, le secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la pr\u00e9fecture de Boboye s\u2019est r\u00e9joui du choix port\u00e9 \u00e0 son entit\u00e9 pour abriter les pr\u00e9sentes manifestations tout en exprimant les remerciements des populations du d\u00e9partement pour cette marque de confiance.<\/p>\n

La premi\u00e8re th\u00e9matique pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019assistance a port\u00e9 sur le bilan du plan d\u2019action (2016-2020) de l\u2019Initiative 3 N et le bilan paysan du m\u00eame plan d\u2019action.<\/p>\n

Le repr\u00e9sentant de l\u2019Initiative 3N a expliqu\u00e9 avec d\u00e9tail les cinq axes de l\u2019Initiative, les diff\u00e9rents projets en cours, les diff\u00e9rents acteurs et le financement.<\/p>\n
