Africa-Press<\/a> – Niger<\/a>.\u00a0 <\/strong><\/span>\u00a0Au Niger, le candidat de l\u2019opposition arriv\u00e9 au second tour de l\u2019\u00e9lection pr\u00e9sidentielle, l\u2019ancien Pr\u00e9sident Mahamane Ousmane a annonc\u00e9, ce lundi 8 mars 2021 dans l\u2019apr\u00e8s-midi lors d\u2019un point de presse \u00e0 Niamey, avoir d\u00e9pos\u00e9 un recours devant la Cour Constitutionnelle afin qu\u2019elle dise le droit et respecte le choix du peuple nig\u00e9rien.<\/p>\n

Le candidat du RDR Tchanji, note-t-on, r\u00e9clame la victoire du scrutin avec 50,3 % des voix alors que les r\u00e9sultats globaux provisoires proclam\u00e9s le 23 f\u00e9vrier 2021 par la CENI le donnaient perdant de la pr\u00e9sidentielle face au candidat du pouvoir, M. Mohamed Bazoum, arriv\u00e9 en t\u00eate avec 55,75% des suffrages exprim\u00e9s valables.<\/p>\n

Mais M. Mahamane Ousmane avance des nombreux manquements et d\u00e9faillances qui ont \u00e9maill\u00e9 le scrutin citant, entre autres, des braquages et bourrages d\u2019urnes, des menaces par armes \u00e0 feu, des renvois des d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s et membres des bureaux de vote, des proc\u00e8s-verbaux pr\u00e9fabriqu\u00e9s, des intimidations, etc.<\/p>\n

Aussi, a-t-il fait savoir, \u00ab ni mon parti, ni la coalition qui me soutient et moi-m\u00eame n\u2019accepterons ce ni\u00e8me hold-up \u00e9lectoral en pr\u00e9paration \u00bb.<\/p>\n
