Sanady Baba Ahmed qui a annonc\u00e9 que son \u00e9tablissement h\u00f4telier est sur le point d\u2019\u00eatre rachet\u00e9 par le groupe Bravia pour environ 17 milliards de francs cfa, soit un peu plus de 30 millions de dollars am\u00e9ricain selon les termes du premier dossier.<\/p>\n<p>Mais selon lui, ces chiffres risquent d\u2019\u00eatre revus \u00e0 la baisse au vu de certaines exigences des documents r\u00e9gissant les investissements au Niger.<\/p>\n<p>En effet, pr\u00e9cise-t-on, ces textes pr\u00e9voient qu\u2019en cas d\u2019achat des patrimoines de l\u2019Etat par des investisseurs priv\u00e9s, au moins 20% du capital sera ouvert aux investisseurs nig\u00e9riens. C\u2019est pourquoi, explique M. Sanady, le groupe h\u00f4telier Bravia ne peut pas acqu\u00e9rir, \u00e0 lui seul, 100% du capital de son h\u00f4tel. Les 20% seront obligatoirement ouverts aux investisseurs nig\u00e9riens.<\/p>\n<p>Or, note-t-on, les 17 milliards de francs cfa mis\u00e9s par Bravia \u00e9taient destin\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019acquisition de l\u2019int\u00e9gralit\u00e9 du capital de l\u2019h\u00f4tel Gaweye. Donc de ce point de vue, les d\u00e9tenteurs des 20% participeront au co\u00fbt global arr\u00eat\u00e9 pour l\u2019achat.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018\u2019Dans le dossier initial, il \u00e9tait question d\u2019investir pas moins de 17 milliards de francs cfa\u2019\u2019 a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 M. Sanady, qui se demande si d\u00e9sormais \u2018\u2019le contexte actuel ou d\u2019autres contingences ne vont pas les amener \u00e0 revoir tout cela du moment o\u00f9 les textes de l\u2019agence (interm\u00e9diaire, ndlr) exigent que le capital soit ouvert \u00e0 20% au investisseurs nig\u00e9riens\u2019\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>En effet, le rachat de cet h\u00f4tel, est suivi par une agence de l\u2019Etat du Niger qui s\u2019occupe de toutes les questions li\u00e9es aux investissements strat\u00e9giques, a expliqu\u00e9 M. Sanady sans pr\u00e9ciser le nom de celle-ci.<\/p>\n<p>Pour rappel, les agents de l\u2019h\u00f4tel mis sur le march\u00e9 ont entam\u00e9 la semaine derni\u00e8re des mouvements d\u2019humeur revendiquant, entre autres, \u2018\u2019leurs droits\u2019\u2019 aupr\u00e8s des autorit\u00e9s de tutelle, craignant des vagues de licenciement par le nouvel acqu\u00e9reur si la vente est faite.<\/p>\n<p>Face \u00e0 ces pr\u00e9occupations, le directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l\u2019h\u00f4tel Gaweye s\u2019est montr\u00e9 rassurant.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018\u2019Pas plus tard qu\u2019avant-hier, le Ministre de tutelle et moi avions rencontr\u00e9 le personnel, rencontre au cours de laquelle le Ministre a rassur\u00e9 le personnel que le dossier pour la concession avance normalement et que leurs pr\u00e9occupations seront prises en compte\u2019\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>Il a ajout\u00e9 aussi que \u2018\u2019des discussions sont engag\u00e9es pour que le futur repreneur puisse avoir un plan social\u2019\u2019 tout en ajoutant que pour cette pr\u00e9occupation \u2018\u2019tout est r\u00e9gl\u00e9\u2019\u2019.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Africa-Press &#8211; Niger.
