Africa-Press<\/a> – Niger<\/a>.\u00a0 <\/strong><\/span>\u00a0Au Niger, suite \u00e0 la validation par la Cour Constitutionnelle du second tour de l’\u00e9lection pr\u00e9sidentielle du 21 f\u00e9vrier 2021 d\u00e9clarant M. Mohamed Bazoum vainqueur, le candidat malheureux, l’ancien Pr\u00e9sident Mahamane Ousmane, a rejet\u00e9 les r\u00e9sultats et appel\u00e9 le peuple nig\u00e9rien \u00e0 sortir marcher.<\/p>\n

Dans une d\u00e9claration qu’il a lue ce lundi soir, le candidat du RDR Tchanji a reproch\u00e9 \u00e0 la Cour Constitutionnelle d’avoir proclam\u00e9 les r\u00e9sultats nuitamment, en violation de la Constitution nig\u00e9rienne.<\/p>\n

L’ancien Pr\u00e9sident Mahamane Ousmane reproche aussi \u00e0 la Cour Constitutionnelle de ne lui avoir pas notifier la r\u00e9plique des conclusions d\u00e9pos\u00e9es par son challenger relatives au d\u00e9p\u00f4t de ses observations sur le d\u00e9roulement dudit scrutin, mais aussi le refus d’auditionner certains membres des bureaux de vote dont les r\u00e9sultats sont contest\u00e9s, la pr\u00e9cipitation de la proclamation des r\u00e9sultats avant la date butoir, etc.<\/p>\n

Aussi, M. Mahamane Ousmane a-t-il demand\u00e9 aux parlementaires des partis politiques membres de la coalition qui le soutient de ne pas participer \u00e0 l’installation de l’Assembl\u00e9e Nationale qui s’est tenue ce m\u00eame lundi 22 mars dans la matin\u00e9e.<\/p>\n

Au peuple nig\u00e9rien, le candidat de l’opposition lui ai demand\u00e9 de se mobiliser dans la fraternit\u00e9 et la coh\u00e9sion sociale pour d\u00e9fendre sa souverainet\u00e9 \u00e0 travers une marche d\u00e9mocratique et pacifique, alors que les Corps diplomatiques et constitu\u00e9s sont pri\u00e9s de soutenir ce \u00ab\u00a0peuple meurtri\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n

Mahamane Ousmane a enfin appel\u00e9 les forces de d\u00e9fense et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 \u00e0 ne pas ob\u00e9ir \u00e0 un ordre manifester ill\u00e9gal.<\/p>\n

La Cour Constitutionnelle, rappelle-t-on, a valid\u00e9, le dimanche 21 mars 2021 au soir, les r\u00e9sultats du second tour de l’\u00e9lection pr\u00e9sidentielle du 21 f\u00e9vrier 2021 et a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 vainqueur le candidat du PNDS Tarayya, M. Mohamed Bazoum, avec 55,66% des suffrages.<\/p>\n
