Africa-Press – Niger. <\/strong><\/span>Le pre\u0301sident alge\u0301rien, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, a annonce\u0301 le de\u0301but de la re\u0301alisation par l\u2019Agence alge\u0301rienne de coope\u0301ration internationale des premiers projets de de\u0301veloppement en Afrique. S\u2019exprimant lors d\u2019une entrevue avec des patrons de certains me\u0301dias alge\u0301riens, enregistre\u0301e a\u0300 l\u2019occasion du 3 mai et diffuse\u0301e samedi soir par la te\u0301le\u0301vision publique, Abdelmadjid Tebboune a fait savoir que ces projets \u00ab seront lance\u0301s, dans un mois, au Nord du Mali et au Niger \u00bb.<\/p>\n

Il a indique\u0301, dans ce sens, \u00ab avoir nomme\u0301, il y a une semaine, un nouveau directeur de l\u2019Agence \u00bb. Les premiers chantiers a\u0300 lancer, a-t-il pre\u0301cise\u0301, portent sur \u00ab la re\u0301alisation d\u2019un dispensaire et d\u2019une e\u0301cole, ainsi que le forage d\u2019un puits pour assurer un approvisionnement en eau potable a\u0300 Kidal au Mali \u00bb.<\/p>\n

\u00ab L\u2019Agence alge\u0301rienne de coope\u0301ration internationale pour la solidarite\u0301 et le de\u0301veloppement a pour mission de contribuer a\u0300 re\u0301sorber la pauvrete\u0301 et lutter contre la soif et le manque d\u2019infrastructures de soins et d\u2019e\u0301vacuation des eaux \u00bb, a-t-il explique\u0301.<\/p>\n

Au Niger, a-t-il fait savoir, l\u2019agence \u00ab a e\u0301galement e\u0301labore\u0301 un programme pour concre\u0301tiser des projets de re\u0301alisation d\u2019un lyce\u0301e et le parache\u0300vement de la re\u0301alisation d\u2019une mosque\u0301e, a\u0300 la demande de la population locale \u00bb.<\/p>\n

Cre\u0301e\u0301e en 2020, l\u2019Agence alge\u0301rienne de coope\u0301ration internationale a obtenu une enveloppe financie\u0300re d\u2019un milliard de dollars pour financer des projets dans les pays africains qui le souhaitent. \u00ab De tels projets constitueront une opportunite\u0301 pour les me\u0301decins alge\u0301riens de se de\u0301ployer en Afrique pluto\u0302t que de se diriger vers l\u2019Europe \u00bb, a estime\u0301 le pre\u0301sident Tebboune.<\/p>\n

Cette agence, rappelons-le, a pour missions de participer a\u0300 l\u2019e\u0301laboration et a\u0300 la mise en \u0153uvre de la politique nationale de coope\u0301ration internationale en matie\u0300re e\u0301conomique, sociale, humanitaire, culturelle, e\u0301ducative, scientifique et technique et de contribuer a\u0300 la pre\u0301paration du projet de budget de la coope\u0301ration internationale et d\u2019en assurer l\u2019exe\u0301cution.<\/p>\n

Elle est e\u0301galement charge\u0301e d\u2019apporter son concours a\u0300 l\u2019action de l\u2019appareil diplomatique et des ministe\u0300res concerne\u0301s pour la mobilisation optimale de l\u2019assistance technique et financie\u0300re exte\u0301rieure au service du de\u0301veloppement national et d\u2019assurer le suivi de la gestion technique et financie\u0300re des projets d\u2019assistance et de coope\u0301ration internationale, en faveur de pays tiers.<\/p>\n

L\u2019Alge\u0301rie, selon son pre\u0301sident, \u00ab qui s\u2019efforce de revenir dans le giron africain \u00bb, a \u00ab retrouve\u0301 aujourd’hui sa place sur le continent \u00bb. Il a note\u0301, dans ce cadre, que l\u2019objectif de l\u2019Agence alge\u0301rienne de coope\u0301ration internationale pour la solidarite\u0301 et le de\u0301veloppement c\u2019est \u00ab le de\u0301veloppement et la fraternite\u0301 en Afrique \u00bb.<\/p>\n
