Place\u0301 sous le the\u0300me \u00abImplantation du parti dans la Re\u0301gion de Tillabe\u0301ri et feuilles de route vers les prochaines e\u0301lections\u00bb, ce congre\u0300s a e\u0301te\u0301 un cadre de re\u0301flexion pour les leaders de ce jeune parti, membre de la MRN, de mettre en place des strate\u0301gies prometteuses pour une meilleure pre\u0301paration aux prochaines e\u0301lections.<\/p>\n<p>A l\u2019ouverture des travaux, le pre\u0301sident du FPJD-IHSANI, M. Mansour Elh. Amani a, au nom du Bureau Exe\u0301cutif National, salue\u0301 et fe\u0301licite\u0301 les efforts et l\u2019engagement des de\u0301le\u0301gue\u0301s re\u0301gionaux ainsi que l\u2019ensemble des militants de son parti. \u00abCe 1er congre\u0300s va nous permettre de tracer notre feuille de route vers les prochaines e\u0301lections dans la re\u0301gion. Je fe\u0301licite le bureau re\u0301gional provisoire pour les efforts de\u0301ploye\u0301s par ses diffe\u0301rents membres tant dans la conduite, la de\u0301fense des inte\u0301re\u0302ts du parti, la mobilisation des militants. Nous vous appelons a\u0300 la mise en place progressive de toutes les structures du parti dans les de\u0301partements et communes et de continuer d\u2019enregistrer l\u2019adhe\u0301sion des nouveaux militants\u00bb, a ajoute\u0301 M. Mansour Elh. Amani.<\/p>\n<p>Selon le pre\u0301sident du FPJD-IHSANI, le choix du the\u0300me de ce congre\u0300s consiste a\u0300 donner des grandes orientations a\u0300 son parti au niveau de cette re\u0301gion qui regorge de potentialite\u0301s et des opportunite\u0301s politiques avec 26 sie\u0300ges au niveau de l\u2019Assemble\u0301e Nationale, 763 conseillers municipaux et 41 sie\u0300ges au conseil re\u0301gional. \u00abChers congressistes vous avez un ro\u0302le tre\u0300s important a\u0300 jouer dans la participation de notre parti aux e\u0301lections ge\u0301ne\u0301rales du Niger 2025-2026. Le Parti FPJD IHSANI se positionne dans la majorite\u0301 pre\u0301sidentielle depuis les e\u0301lections ge\u0301ne\u0301rales passe\u0301es au Niger, et le parti re\u0301ite\u0300re sa position dans la Mouvance pour la Renaissance Niger (MRN)\u00bb, a de\u0301clare\u0301 le pre\u0301sident du FPJD-IHSANI.<\/p>\n<p>Auparavant, le pre\u0301sident du Parti RER Sabon Tashi, repre\u0301sentant des partis amis, M. Agada Oumarou a fe\u0301licite\u0301 les militants du FPJD-IHSANI pour la forte mobilisation. Il a ensuite e\u0301voque\u0301 les de\u0301fis auxquels le Niger est confronte\u0301 notamment l\u2019inse\u0301curite\u0301, les proble\u0300mes d\u2019emploi et la formation professionnelle et technique des jeunes, etc. \u00abLes jeunes doivent prendre leur responsabilite\u0301 en main pour pouvoir relever les de\u0301fis.
