Mahamadou Ouhoumoudou, nomm\u00e9 le samedi 03 Avril par le Pr\u00e9sident Mohamed Bazoum, est n\u00e9 en 1954 \u00e0 Amaloul Nomade, Commune d\u2019Affala, dans le d\u00e9partement de Tahoua (Niger).<\/p>\n

Apr\u00e8s ses \u00e9tudes primaires \u00e0 Affala de 1961 \u00e0 1967, il est admis au Lyc\u00e9e National Issa Koromb\u00e9 de Niamey, qu\u2019il fr\u00e9quente de 1967 \u00e0 1974, et obtient son baccalaur\u00e9at s\u00e9rie C.<\/p>\n

Il fait de brillantes \u00e9tudes universitaires en Sciences Economiques, Gestion et Comptabilit\u00e9 dans les universit\u00e9s de Lom\u00e9 au Togo, du Mans et de Rennes en France et de Minnesota aux Etats Unis, Il est titulaire de la Ma\u00eetrise en Sciences Economiques, du Dipl\u00f4me d\u2019Etudes Sup\u00e9rieures en Gestion et Administration des Entreprises, du Dipl\u00f4me d\u2019Etudes Comptables Sup\u00e9rieures et du Certificat d\u2019Etudes Sup\u00e9rieures en Administration Publique et Analyse des Politiques,<\/p>\n

Int\u00e9gr\u00e9 \u00e0 la Fonction Publique en Novembre 1979 avec le grade de Directeur Administratif, il entame une carri\u00e8re professionnelle de haut niveau \u00e0 la Direction de Tutelle des Entreprises Publiques et Soci\u00e9t\u00e9s d\u2019Economie Mixte du Minist\u00e8re des Affaires Economiques, avant de s\u2019orienter vers le management des Entreprises Parapubliques au niveau ex\u00e9cutif, le Gouvernement et les Organisations Internationales.<\/p>\n

Dans le secteur parapublic, il occupe successivement les postes de Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Nig\u00e9rienne du Charbon d\u2019Anou Araran, SONICHAR de 1987 \u00e0 1991, Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l\u2019Office des Produits Vivriers du Niger, OPVN en 1991, Directeur de la Banque Internationale pour l\u2019Afrique, BIA Niger de 2012 \u00e0 2015.<\/p>\n

Au Gouvernement, il est Ministre en charge des Mines, de l\u2019Energie, de l\u2019Industrie et l\u2019Artisanat de 1991 \u00e0 1993, Ministre des Finances de 2011 \u00e0 2012. Il est par la suite Ministre Directeur de Cabinet du Pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique de 2015 \u00e0 2020.<\/p>\n

Sur le plan international, il est nomm\u00e9 successivement \u00e0 la CEDEAO en qualit\u00e9 de Secr\u00e9taire Ex\u00e9cutif Adjoint charg\u00e9 de l\u2019Administration et des Finances (1993-1998), \u00e0 l\u2019African Development Foundation des Etats-Unis comme Repr\u00e9sentant R\u00e9sident pour le Niger (2003-2006), \u00e0 l\u2019ONG International Lutheran World relief LWR comme Repr\u00e9sentant R\u00e9gional pour l\u2019Afrique de l\u2019Ouest \u00e0 Ouagadougou (Burkina Faso).<\/p>\n

Sur le plan politique, Mahamadou Ouhoumoudou est membre du PNDS Tarraya depuis sa cr\u00e9ation en 1990 et membre du Comit\u00e9 Ex\u00e9cutif National, organe dirigeant du parti, depuis 1991. Il est \u00e9lu d\u00e9put\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e Nationale \u00e0 deux reprises sur la liste du PNDS Tarraya pour la r\u00e9gion de Tahoua en 2011 et 2020.<\/p>\n

Il est grand-officier de l\u2019Ordre national du Niger et officier de la L\u00e9gion d\u2019honneur Fran\u00e7aise.<\/p>\n
