Promu en 2011 par Issoufou, Tchiani e\u0301tait pourtant l\u2019un de ses fide\u0300les. Ce dernier devait se rendre a\u0300 Niamey ce 27 juillet afin de tenter de mener une me\u0301diation dans le cadre de l\u2019organisation sous-re\u0301gionale.
