Le kilichi est une tr\u00e8s fine escalope de viande s\u00e9ch\u00e9e, marin\u00e9e, encore s\u00e9ch\u00e9e et enfin grill\u00e9e au feu de bois. G\u00e9n\u00e9ralement fait \u00e0 base de viande de b\u0153uf, de ch\u00e8vre, de dromadaire et d\u2019une marinade compos\u00e9e de p\u00e2te d\u2019arachide et d\u2019\u00e9pices, ce mets est une sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9 culinaire haoussa.<\/p>\n

Les Haoussas sont un peuple d\u2019Afrique centrale que l\u2019on retrouve principalement au Nigeria et au Niger. Leurs qualit\u00e9s de grands commer\u00e7ants se d\u00e9pla\u00e7ant sur de longues distances ont conduit, au long des si\u00e8cles, \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9parpillement d\u2019importantes communaut\u00e9s au Cameroun, au Tchad, en C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire, au Soudan, au Togo, au Burkina Faso, au Gabon, au B\u00e9nin et au Ghana.
