Africa-Press<\/a> – Niger<\/a>.\u00a0 <\/strong><\/span>Le Pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique Mohamed Bazoum a re\u00e7u, ce mercredi 16 juin 2021, le Repr\u00e9sentant sp\u00e9cial de l\u2019Union Europ\u00e9enne pour le Sahel, en fin de mission, M. Angel Losada, accompagn\u00e9 par la Cheffe de la mission de l\u2019organisation europ\u00e9enne au Niger, Mme Denisa Elena Ionette.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Apr\u00e8s six (6) ans de service, je finis ma mission. Je suis venu pr\u00e9senter mes respects au Pr\u00e9sident et le remercier pour toute l\u2019aide qu\u2019il m\u2019a donn\u00e9e dans ma mission pour le recommander \u00e9galement avec la personne qui va me succ\u00e9der dans peu de temps \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 le diplomate europ\u00e9en.<\/p>\n

M. Losada a \u00e9galement indiqu\u00e9 avoir fait, avec le Chef de l\u2019Etat nig\u00e9rien, le tour d\u2019horizon de la politique int\u00e9rieure et r\u00e9gionale du Niger et \u00ab surtout du partenariat qui existe entre le Niger et l\u2019Union Europ\u00e9enne \u00bb, a-t-il pr\u00e9cis\u00e9.<\/p>\n

A ce sujet, \u00e0 fait savoir M. Angel Losada, \u00ab on va toujours \u00eatre aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s du Niger, surtout dans ces circonstances tellement difficiles que la R\u00e9gion du Sahel est en train de vivre \u00bb.<\/p>\n

Parlant de l\u2019actualit\u00e9 au Sahel, le Repr\u00e9sentant sortant de l\u2019Union Europ\u00e9enne a indiqu\u00e9 avoir discut\u00e9 avec le Pr\u00e9sident nig\u00e9rien de la situation du G5 Sahel, de la situation au Mali et celle du Tchad.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Et j\u2019ai eu de la part du Pr\u00e9sident une inspiration tr\u00e8s forte \u00bb, a-t-il l\u00e2ch\u00e9, avant d\u2019ajouter : \u00ab nous l\u2019avons f\u00e9licit\u00e9 \u00e9galement pour son leadership et pour la transition d\u00e9mocratique qu\u2019il y a eue ici au Niger et de laquelle les autorit\u00e9s europ\u00e9ennes se sont f\u00e9licit\u00e9es \u00e9norm\u00e9ment \u00bb, a-t-il conclu.<\/p>\n
