Africa-Press – Nigeria. The Supreme Courthas ordered that old and newN200, N500, N1000 noteswill co-exist as legal tender until further notice.
You would recall that on 3rd of March this year, the apex court extended the deadline to phase out old Naira notes to 31st December.
After this development, the federal government filed an application before the Supreme Court seeking an extension for old Naira notes to remain in circulation.
