Arsenal striker Folarin Balogun’s reputation continues to increase after finding the back of the net against Liverpool in the Premier League 2 on Saturday afternoon.
Curtis Jones’ eight minutes brace gave the young Reds a 2-0 lead in the 38th minute but Nathan Tormey pulled one back for the Gunners in the 41st minute.
Balogun, who has been in fine form since the start of the season, put the Gunners back into the encounter as he equalized in the 63rd minute.
The 18-year-old has now scored seven goals in seven matches and he is currently one of the hottest strikers in the division.
He will hope to maintain his incredible form when they visit Chelsea at the Cobham Training ground next week.
Meanwhile, Tobi Omole came in for Matthew Smith in the 74th minute while Ryan Alebiousu and Joseph Olowu were unused substitutes.
Arsenal now occupy the third position on the log with 13 points, two points behind league leaders Chelsea.
