Africa-Press – Nigeria. Anambra State Governor, Prof. Chukwuma Soludo, who is the candidate of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) in today’s governorship election in the state, will cast his vote at Isuofia by 12 p.m., DAILY POST has learnt.
Also, the candidate of the Action Alliance (AA), Ozo Jeff Nweke, will be voting at the same time at a polling unit in Ogbugbankwa, Awka South Local Government Area.
Press Secretary to the governor, Mr. Christian Aburime, told DAILY POST that the governor plans to vote around 12 p.m.
He described the mood of the people at Isuofia, Aguata Local Government Area, as calm and expectant of victory in the election for their son.
Also, Mr. Tony Oraeki, Media Adviser to Chief Nweke of AA, said the candidate will vote at 12 noon.
