Africa-Press – Nigeria. The Super Eagles opened camp in Rabat, Morocco on Sunday for the 2026 FIFA World Cup playoffs.
Six players including Calvin Bassey, Alex Iwobi, Samuel Chukwueze, Tolu Arokodare, Olakunle Olusegun, and Wilfred Ndidi have already reported for duty.
Head coach Eric Chelle invited 24 players for the playoffs on Saturday.
The team will hold their first training on Monday.
Nigeria will take on the Panthers of Gabon in the semi-final on Thursday.
The winner will face either Cameroon or Democratic Republic of Congo in the final.
