Africa-Press – Nigeria. The Super Falcons of Nigeria will discover their opponents in the qualifier for the 2028 Los Angeles Olympic Games Women’s Football Tournament this week.
CAF announced on Tuesday that the draw for African qualifying phase will be held at its headquarters in Cairo, Egypt on Wednesday.
The draw ceremony will be streamed live on CAF TV from 12 noon.
35 national teams including the Super Falcons will be involved in the qualifiers.
The competition will take place in five qualifying rounds.
Two teams will represent Africa at the Los Angeles Olympic Games Women’s Football Tournament.
Nigeria, and Morocco represented the continent at the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris.
