Nigeria international Moses Simon has again expressed his desire to remain at Nantes past the 2019-20 season.
The 24-year-old has been superb for the Canaries since arriving at the French Ligue 1 club on-loan from Levante, and has made no secret of where he sees himself past the current campaign.
The Super Eagles winger has scored eight goals and assisted the same amount in 25 appearances across all competitions this season.
“Yes of course, I want to stay. I feel very good at Nantes. However, my future does not depend solely on me,” Simon said in a pre-match press conference this week, as quoted by Goal.com.
Nantes currently occupy 11th place on the log standings following a 2-1 defeat to leaders Paris Saint-Germain last time out; a match in which Simon found the back of the net.
