Political elites in Nigeria has been blamed for the proposed protest against service chiefs. The allegations were raised by the presidency.
According to the presidency, the protest is an effort is to embarrass President Muhammadu Buhari.
The presidency consequently cautioned the political elites against misleading the public oand inciting them against the heads of military institutions.
Going further, the president said it received report that about two thousand men and women have been hired to protest against the service chiefs.
The Presidency disclosed this in a statement signed by the senior special adviser to the president on media and publicity, Garba Shehu said.
