It has come to our notice that one Prof Ishaq Akintola claimed to have been speaking on behalf of the Muslim Rights Concern, MURIC has in a Press Statement made available to Daily Post painted a statement by Chief Femi Fani-Kayode with a religious colouration and threatening him, when in the actual sense the specific statement by Fani-Kayode is not about religion. Ishaq in his statement also attempted to portray His Excellency Atiku Abubakar as a religious bigot and ethnically prejudiced by narrowing Atiku only to Islam and their notherner agenda.
While we warn Ishaq and MURIC to leave Fani-Kayode alone, we add that in as much as we may not want to be dragged into politics, we can say that the Atiku we know is a true Nigerian, accepted by all the three major ethnic groups and different religious groups in Nigeria: A real WaZoBia.
We want to also put it clear that Fani-Kayode has been the major vocal voice crying against the killing of Christians in different parts of Nigeria. He had visited Kaduna and was also in Jos speaking for the Christians. We won’t fold our arms and watch anything happen to him!
Since, the continuous massacre of Christians, has the Ishaq Akintola or the group he claimed to be representing ever say anything to caution their people?
Thus, FFK is the voice of Christians. And we wouldn’t watch anyone with a chip on his shoulder threatening the highly respected man.
The so called Prof that can only be regarded as a beast kept calling FFK negative names. Yet he is only good off as mere religious and northern slave, who called himself a Yoruba man and rather than promoting national unity he is busy promoting religious and northern division. It will not be out of place if we refer to him as a bastard, just as those who know him, know that he is a staunch hater of Christians who exhibits all the attributes of terrorists (most likely to be one), an unrepentant liar and a fundamentalist evil to the core. He is one of those fanatics that fan the ember of war.
It is so funny that the Ishaq comically alleged that FFK wanted to secure himself an appointment in Atiku’s cabinet if he forms parallel government. Though, FFK is not a member of this our group, but we expected him to even aspire for the position of the president of Nigeria and our members across the country would have supported him. And anytime he is ready, we will do politics because of him to support him.
In the light of the above, we want to warn that nothing negative must happen to Fani-Kayode. And to tell the Ishaq and his MURIC to leave Fani-Kayode alone. We have millions of members all over Nigeria who can no longer tolerate any attack on any Christian including but not limited to Fani-Kayode. Having watched the way and manner Christians have been massacred in Nigeria, we now warn that ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. We can no longer bear the shedding of the blood of innocent Christians.
We have watched the events in Nigeria over time and we have now seen that the man whose body language promotes bloodshed has rigled his way back to power. And we want to warn that no group of persons have monopoly of violence. It’s better you people allow peace to reign in Nigeria or we start giving it out fire for fire.
