Africa-Press – Nigeria. Smart City skipper, Tunde Ajedokun, has attributed his side’s goalless draw against Beyond Limits in Ikenne to team unity and determination.
Ajedokun expressed satisfaction with the point secured from the game and commended his teammates for their spirited display.
“It was a good fight from us and a well deserved result for the team,” Ajedokun told the club’s media.
“We came with the mindset of getting all three points, but getting a point from Beyond Limits is quite commendable too, so we take the positives from that away point and prepare well for our next game at home against Sunshine FC, which is very important.”
Smart City will face Sunshine Stars next at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena, Onikan, Lagos.
