Africa-Press – Nigeria. <\/strong><\/span>Niger Tornadoes Chairman Ibrahim Dada has assured the club supporters that the team will soon return to the Bako Kontagora Stadium in Minna.<\/p>\n

The Ikon Allah Boys home ground is undergoing renovation after it failed to meet Nigeria Premier Football League requirements to host games.<\/p>\n

The Minna club currently play their home matches at the Ahmadu Bello Stadium in Kaduna.<\/p>\n

Dada pleaded with the supporters to exercise patience before their return.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe shall soon resume playing our home matches at the Late Bako Kontagora Memorial Stadium Minna, we understand your taste for wanting us back home but be a little more patient,\u201d he told the supporters.<\/p>\n

Niger Tornadoes will take on Heartland in a matchday 17 fixture on Sunday.<\/p>\n

They currently occupy the 18th position on the table with 16 points.<\/p>\n
