Africa-Press – Nigeria. <\/strong><\/span>Former Super Eagles head coach, Jose Peseiro is in talks with the Federation of Cameroon Football (FECAFOOT) over the vacant Indomitable Lions coaching job.<\/p>\n

Erstwhile handler of the Indomitable Lions, Rigobert Song was relieved of his duties few weeks ago following the team\u2019s poor display at the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations.<\/p>\n

Incidentally, it was Peseiro\u2019s led Super Eagles that eliminated the five-time African champions from the competition.<\/p>\n

According to reports emanating from Cameroon, FECAFOOT have opened discussion with the Portuguese over the vacant coaching job.<\/p>\n

Peseiro left Nigeria last month following the expiration of his contract.<\/p>\n

The 63-year-old was in charge of Super Eagles for 22 months.<\/p>\n
