Africa-Press – Nigeria. <\/strong><\/span>No fewer than three people suspected to be Yoruba nation agitators, who invaded Oyo State Secretariat have been killed in Ibadan, the Oyo State capital.<\/p>\n

At least five of the agitators have also been arrested.<\/p>\n

The three were killed during a confrontation with security operatives at the Oyo State Secretariat on Saturday.<\/p>\n

The deceased were neutralised when they invaded Oyo state Secretariat in a attempt to take over the state house of assembly.<\/p>\n

Our correspondent recalls that some people suspected to be Yoruba nation agitators stormed the Secretariat that housed the governor\u2019s office, House of Assembly, ministries, agencies and some departments.<\/p>\n

Three of the agitators have been killed when the security operatives attempted to resist their move to take over the seat of government.<\/p>\n

Our correspondent also gathered that at least five of the remaining agitators have been arrested by the security operatives.<\/p>\n

The suspects are currently in custody of the security operatives.<\/p>\n
