Africa-Press – Nigeria. <\/strong><\/span>Popular comedian Efe Warri Boy has reacted to the reinstatement of Nigeria\u2019s old National Anthem, \u201cNigeria, we hail thee.\u201d<\/p>\n

According to the comedian, the reintroduction of the old anthem by Bola Tinubu\u2019s administration is an attempt by the president, who has failed at governace to become a hero through the \u201cbackdoor.\u201d<\/p>\n

He stated this in a video message shared via his Instagram account recently.<\/p>\n

He said, \u201cPresident Bola Tinubu has been trying to impress Nigerians, which has not been working for him. He is now trying to become a hero through the backdoor by changing the National Anthem [laughs].<\/p>\n

\u201cHe should have gone to the Governor of Abia State, Alex Otti, to seek advice on governance. There is nothing someone won\u2019t see in this administration. You can\u2019t become a hero through the backdoor. Show workings, sir. You want people to remember you for changing the national anthem.<\/p>\n

\u201cNigerians deserved better. The hardship in the country is increasing. What the president is doing shows he is incompetent.\u201d<\/p>\n
