Elijah Simbai is scheduled to appear before the Disciplinary Committee of the Zambia Institute of Advanced Education (ZIALE) to prove his qualifications from Zambia Open University so that his practicing certificate can be released and he can be attested before the Chief Justice.<\/p>\n

Yesterday, Elijah Simbai was due to appear before ZIALE he was picked up and locked up and thrown in Lusaka Central Prison.<\/p>\n

I\u2019m yet to get the details surrounding his sudden incaceration.<\/p>\n

The Zambia Institute of Advanced Legal Education ( ZIALE) had finally invited Elijah Simbai for a disciplinary hearing.<\/p>\n

He has fought both the Zambia National Service (ZNS) and the National Pension Scheme Authority ( NAPSA) over ancestral land of Cholwe Village at the source of Chalimbana Village where 89 households have been at the verge of eviction.<\/p>\n

But this has come at a huge price where he was forced out of his job at the Zambia Airforce (ZAF) and his qualifications as were lawyer questioned, and the Zambia Institute of Advanced Legal Education ( ZIALE) witheld his results and he was scandalised.<\/p>\n

Elijah Simbai, the Vice Chairperson of the Busoli Royal Establishment, Lands Committee.<\/p>\n

He lamented the concerted victimisation he has faced when we featured him on the Conversation Podcast.<\/p>\n

Im happy ZIALE has responded. I hope that the Zambia Airforce can also reinvestigate his hounding out the force.<\/p>\n
