Africa-Press – Nigeria. <\/strong><\/span>Former Ogun State Governor, Chief Olusegun Osoba, has said the late Obaseki Awolowo and MKO Abiola were never allowed to become Nigeria\u2019s president.<\/p>\n

Osoba said despite killing most Yorubas in their quest for Nigerian presidency, President Bola Tinubu survived.<\/p>\n

He spoke during the All Progressives Congress South West Zone Assembly meeting held at Eko Hotels and Suites, Lagos.<\/p>\n

According to Osoba: \u201cMany of us here today worked tirelessly to support the late Chief Obafemi Awolowo\u2019s quest for the presidency, but he wasn\u2019t allowed to get there.<\/p>\n

\u201cSimilarly, we rallied behind the late MKO Abiola\u2019s presidential ambition, but we lost him, and with him, the opportunity.<\/p>\n

\u201cThey killed many of us because of our mission to make this country better. But we thank God that some of us are still alive to witness Bola Tinubu\u2019s success.<\/p>\n
