Lekwot Zamani (rtd) stressed that, \u201cthis will give vent to the healthy competition among the states and infuse a deep sense of belonging and patriotism in everyone.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He added, \u201cGiven the complex nature of the federation, the call by some people for a return to regionalism is untenable.
