Africa-Press – Nigeria. <\/strong><\/span>President Bola Tinubu has just sworn in Dr Abdullahi Usman Bello as Chairman of the Code of Conduct Bureau, CCB.<\/p>\n

The oath-taking ceremony was held at the Council Chambers of the Presidential Villa on Wednesday, prior to the commencement of the Federal Executive Council meeting.<\/p>\n

The CCB\u2019s mandate cuts across ensuring that public officials comply with the code of conduct and ethical standards.<\/p>\n

It also ensures that public officials declare their assets as a means of promoting transparency while occupying office.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, the Federal Executive Council meeting has kicked off in earnest with President Tinubu presiding over it.<\/p>\n
