Africa-Press – Nigeria. <\/strong><\/span>Twenty five suspected internet fraudsters have been arrested at different locations in Benin City, Edo State.<\/p>\n

The Benin Zonal Directorate of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, confirmed the arrests on Wednesday.<\/p>\n

The suspects were arrested based on credible intelligence on their alleged involvement in internet related fraud.<\/p>\n

Items recovered from them include eight exotic cars, laptops and phones<\/p>\n

The Commission added that they will be charged to court as soon as investigations are concluded.<\/p>\n
