Africa-Press – Nigeria. <\/strong><\/span>Another tanker explosion has rocked Jigawa State.<\/p>\n

The latest incident, which occurred in Tsaida community, Dutse LGA, is coming weeks after the death of over 150 persons in the tanker explosion at Majia town, Taura LGA of the state.<\/p>\n

Spokesman of the Federal Fire Service Aliyu M A confirmed the incident in a statement made available to DAILY POST.<\/p>\n

The statement read, \u201cToday 12\/11\/2024 at about 1043hrs the Federal Fire Service received a distress call from Kuho village head, Zubairu Ahmad, of a tanker accident at Tsaida, Kwanar Kalle near Gamoji village along Maiduri Road.\u201d<\/p>\n

He said after the distress call the team rushed to the scene of the incident.<\/p>\n

Aliyu said the fire was contained and brought under control due to the combined efforts of security personnel.<\/p>\n

He said no life was lost, and only a minor injury was recorded.<\/p>\n
